Handsome Bookends

Okay, for once the pun in the title isn't my own! These really are the Handsome Hand Bookends and they remind me of the Bestow Hand Vase/Candleholder and Offer Hand Hook I posted about a while back. If someone decorated a room with all of these things I think the atmosphere would be very surreal.

Below are just a couple of examples of the amazing X-rayography art that can be found on Albert Koetsier's website, Beyond Light. His process includes more than just taking x-rays of beautiful flowers and other things found in nature and it's really pretty fascinating (you can read about it here).

Skull Bike Stickers

These reflective skull biker stickers from SUCK UK are a good alternative to the flashy orange rectangles that you can use to make yourself more visible when you're out biking. I've actually been considering picking up something bright and reflective for when I'm out walking at night and I think something like this would do the trick.

Shark Attack Pizza Cutter and Alli-grater

I really love this Shark Attack Pizza Cutter and the Alligrater is pretty rad too. I bet these fearsome animals would help you make the greatest pizza ever (if you ask them really nicely).

These cute "Peacock Snips" scissors from Kikkerland have a really great design. I like everyday objects that have a little bit of a twist to them and these definitely fit the bill.
