LOMME (Light Over Matter Mind Evolution)

LOMME (Light Over Matter Mind Evolution) looks like it would be pretty comfortable to sleep in. It's open yet cozy at the same time and I just love the picture of it in the meadow below.
It uses color and light therapy as well as providing relaxing sounds and music via a built-in iPod.
It's also extremely expensive but if money was no object...

Female Robots

After a brief conversation about robot maids this morning (like Rosie from the Jetsons), I was looking up some information on female robots and happened to come across this interesting article entitled "A brief history of female robots" on designboom. It's pretty interesting and it has a ton of great photos!
Below you'll find a photo of the Ballroom Dancing Robot.

Cloud Chair

This Cloud Chair by Richard Hutten is a pretty amazing piece of work! I love what the polished aluminum does to those wonderful curves! Very space age and fun.

G-1 Glass Pool Table

This wonderfully futuristic-looking creation is the G-1 pool table from Nottage Design and it features a toughened glass top and patented resin playing surface. It's quite hefty at 320kg (705 lbs) and the price tag is pretty hefty too (AUS RRP $39,900.00) but doesn't it look neat?

Inbi-Out GPS Coin by Ju-Wei Chen

This GPS coin concept by Ju-Wei Chen is called the Inbi-Out and at some point in the future it could possibly help you make some important decisions and save you from silly arguments when you're trying to decide where to eat...and then it will tell you how to get there (possibly saving you from another argument if your sense of direction is like mine). Intriguing.
